About the Book

TEN MINUTE STORY TIME FOR PRE-SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN These short stories were written to attract the attention of preschool aged children who may be attending a preschool, nursery school or a daycare for the very first time.

About the Author

Being a preschool teacher of 27 years and writing poetry for about 25 years, I have grown to have a great deal of adoration for all young children.

Through the years I have earned an Associate of Science degree in Child developmen, a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Arts in Education Curriculum and Technology.

As long as I can remember I have always wanted to write books for children. I have worked on this book for the past 3 years and then one day I just sat down at my computer and began writing, and before I knew it I had finished my book.

As a single mom I was inspired to write this book through the experience of raising my own daughter and I thought to myself, "what better stories to tell young preschool aged children than the personal experiences of a single mom and her her daughter."

I do hope that you as parents of young children will enjoy this book as much as I have enjoyed writing it for you.
