James W. Cole is an independent retail sales consultant, trainer and speaker. He works primarily with small and medium sized retail businesses to grow sales and solve unique sales-based problems. Most recently, he has worked in the retail furniture and clothing industries. Jim has over thirty years of experience as a sales manager, recruiter and trainer. He is also an exciting, entertaining speaker and the author of numerous professional manuals and articles. During his career, he has recruited and trained hundreds of sales men and women. Jim is a graduate of Texas Tech University and an avid marathon/half-marathon runner. He lives in Texas with his wife, Diane. They have two children and four grandchildren.
