About the Author
Serge has written for several Connecticut newspapers and has previously published ‘From the Heart; America and 911 with AuthorHouse. He Earned a BA in History from Yale University and earned a MA from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Ct. He has one son Zach. He currently resides in Wallingford, Ct.
