HOW TO REACH YOUR CAMPUS FOR CHRIST Jesus Christ has given us the gift of salvation to share with the most important group of people, the college student, in the most important time in their life. They are the future leaders of our churches, our schools and our nations. In the next four or five years they will be making five of the most important decisions of their life if they have not already made them. Their First and most important DECISION is their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The first and greatest commandment is,”Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” Matthew 22: 37 Second is their choice of a Mate, who they will marry and spend the rest of their life with. Third they will choose their first Vocation, and prepare to invest their life in that service. Fourth they will be choosing their Relationships with class members, faculty members, Church members, sports, and social friends. Fifth when they get married they need to decide what type of parent they want to be. Do they love children? How will they prepare to be good Christian Parents? HOW CAN WE AS A BAPTIST DENOMINATION HELP THEM MAKE THE RIGHT CHRISTIAN DECISIONS?? We have Churches. the Bible, the Holy Spirit, and Christ’s command, Jesus said, “ All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go you therefore, and teach all nations,(and students) baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” Matthew 28: 18-20 The secret of success in Student Ministry is PRAYER, and a daily intimate conversation with Jesus. Then Jesus will give you what you need to do His will in leading students to Know Christ and for them to make Him Known.

CAMPUS MINISTRY Introduction This book tells you the needs for a good college ministry. It tells you how to get started and the organization to make it effective. This book will inspire you to be creative in ministering to college students, whether they are single, international, or married, faculty, and administration Staff. Pastors and religious leaders who work with college students will use this book as their manual. It gives them the Biblical reasons and methods for reaching and ministering to the needs, desires, and bonding friendships of college students and staff. This book was inspired by God. As I was having my daily devotions God laid the thought on my heart for me to write a book about my 45 years of experiences in student campus work. As I started writing the Holy Spirit would lead me to the topics and content that should be included. It has been a real joy of the Lord, as we worked together on this book. This book tells you about God’s mission field, and how God is bringing the mission field to our colleges and universities for us to witness to the future Leaders of the world. This program will meet the basic needs that student’s have, of life, salvation, vocation, mate, Christian fellowship, and purpose in life. These ideas outlined in this book are part of a program that is supported by thousands of churches. For this is the church reaching out to the campus during the week.
