About the Author

Pamela Jarmon Wade of Houston, Texas is an author, actress, and human resources professional. She is a contributing writer for the national best-selling book, “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Devotional Stories for Wives” and the children’s book series, “The Adventures of Little Leroy”. Pamela has been the selected host for the Welcome to Houston Reception of the National Black Book Festival (NBBF) since 2014. She was one of three authors selected to coordinate the annual NBBF Children’s Festival in 2017. Pamela graduated from Texas Southern University with a degree in business administration and went on to graduate from the University of Phoenix with a master of business administration degree.
