Finally, there was movement at the door of the doctor's office; Marie St.Croix unlocked the door and flipped the sign open. Should he go now? He started across the street. He had made it to the yellow line, when he saw the old blue-haired lady walking down the sidewalk to the doctors office. "Shit," he said under his breath, turned around, and returned to his spot and watched. Hands shaking, he lit another cigarette. What would he do now?

About the Book
You would think Paradise, Montana, would be a quiet little town nestled along the Clark Fork River. When Henry and Coker find a young girl dead in the river, things are not paradise. The sheriff refuses to investigate the murder, forcing Henry to team up with the beautiful coroner Marie St. Croix to try and solve the case. The memories of the women from Henry's past still cut him deeply.
About the Author
Dean was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Penn State. He currently lives in Post Falls, Idaho with his two sons Jake and Ethan. Dean is an avid outdoorsman. Dean has been a police officer for twenty-eight years. He currently works as a Lieutenant for the Coeur d' Alene Tribal Police Department. He started his career as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Air Force. During his career Dean has taught Arrest Techniques, Taser and D.A.R.E. He has been a K-9 Handler, he also has been on Tactical and Dive Teams.
