Thoughts on Love Love is an intangible bond between two or more people. In reference to the Bible we are instructed as people to love one another despite differences and flaws. True love, which is not to be confused with infatuation, is an indefinably beautiful connection that has no limits in magnitude and duration. True and absolute love has to be thoughts of as a practice of unconditional positive regard that has no correlation to whether or not the feelings of love are being reciprocated. Love is the reason that a father will travel to a foreign country and rage war against a mafia to rescue his kidnapped daughter. Love is the reason that a struggling sixteen year old mother will keep her baby knowing they can barely survive giving up on the idea of finishing her childhood. Love is the reason that men and women cry, the reason husband and wife fight, and the reason so many broken relationships stay together. To truly love, and note I mean truly love, is blessing in itself for with love comes a happier life.

This book is a descriptive and passionate tale of my life through the eyes and thoughts of others. This book is the first of a series and I really wanted to embrace the sensative subjects that get swept under the rug too often. I hope to touch at least one person with this poetic story of a spoken word artist's travels.

I am dedicated to the art that is poetry and the beauty of spoken word. A resident of the Charolette area I was born in Chicago.
