Suspicion isn't all bad, but snooping makes it worse. Overly looking for something is very bad because more times over, you are going to find something that you don't want.

After all the lies and deceit you can't help but question what's true and what's a lie. But do not push the issue and place your relationship into jeopardy due to your actions. If you are wondering if your relationship still contains lies and deceit, then you have a choice to make. If you continue to do the same thing, then why expect a different result! Change your behavior or change your situation. When she said she was going out with her girlfriends for a “girl's night out” did she really go out dancing with him instead? And, perhaps the most terrifying question of all: Is your spouse or lover out there right now, still lying and still cheating, while you are sitting at home hoping they are telling you the truth? Don't worry; the boogie woogie will solve your problem - if you don't!

The key to long-term marriage or relationship success isn't to avoid conflict... it is to become aware, and deal with the situation that has been thrust upon you in a strategic manner. Figure out what went wrong and correct it. You must correct it before the boogie woogie take shape and jump on your back causing you more misery.

Remember, if you are a critic of the cheater and think he or she sinned so greatly, please recall when you thought about the lifeguard, sport stars, movie stars, dancers, secretaries, school teachers, attorneys, doctors, or the person next door; even Bonnie & Clyde, Chase Bank, or Bank of America. If you look upon another man or woman with lust in your heart, you are as guilty of sin as he or she is; whether you acted on that lust or not. If you are cheated publicly or mistreated - fight back!
