About the Author

Tara Lewis has been writing poetry what may seem like her entire life. Poetry was her secret voice until her senior year of high school when she began to turn up the volume and share her work, and others, through dramatic readings. In 1994, Tara dedicated her life to God and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Tara’s poetry reflects her relationship with Christ in some of their most intimate moments. The guiding scripture for her poetry is Psalm 45:1,17. It is Tara’s desire that as you read this book you will join her in worship and be drawn closer to God. Tara Lewis has worked in public education for 13 years. She resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her husband of 15 years and 13 year old daughter.
