An outline of a figure was slowly growing more distinct as the seconds dragged on. I could see that the figure was that of a young girl dressed in old-fashioned clothes. Much like the ones that woman from my dream had worn. She was rummaging through an old chest of drawers, which obviously wasn‘t in my time. I gasped in disbelief and suddenly she made eye contact with me, as though she heard me. I pulled the covers up closer to me, as I felt the goose pimples rise on my flesh, the hairs stood up on the back of my neck, and I waited to see what would happen. She continued to look at me with her haunting eyes and made no attempt to move in my direction. I felt a chill go down my spine. To my astonishment she seemed to be glaring at me. I closed my eyes so I wouldn’t have to see her piercing eyes that seemed to glow in the dark.

She has been writing stories, poems, and other unpublished books since she was 11 years old. She loves to write, paint, photography, as well as other activities which keeps her busy.
