She will, as her mother did, lay her own eggs near the very spot where she first emerged from the earth. She will cross many miles to visit this special place again, having seen and experienced so much during her solitary life at sea. As she swims away from the shore we don’t know what she is thinking, but can only imagine what lies ahead. What she will encounter in this deep, dark, undersea world are her fate and destiny; she swims eagerly to greet them. We are incapable of offering her any assistance - and in our frustration, can only say: “Good luck, little one. We wish you well." ..."

These are used as a foundation with which he looks forward and makes some stark predictions about what tomorrow may hold in store - both for himself as well as for his loved ones. In this book, the author’s everyday life amongst his closest family and friends was used as the basis for numerous international misadventures. In fact, some may find themselves laughing out loud at one escapade while tearing-up at another - sometimes even doing both simultaneously! About the Author
Edward F. Cassidy was born in Brooklyn, New York City in 1958. He is a scientist and businessman, who has been working in industry - in the United States and Europe - for the past thirty years. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and Polymer Science, and has a varied technical and marketing background. He has traveled extensively around the globe - for both business and pleasure - his entire life. In addition to this Life Story he has also written two AuthorHouse-published books: a comprehensive compilation of travel poems (‘My Year - Poems from the Road’, ©2008), and a 5-act play (‘The First Violin’, ©2008). He is married and lives happily with his wife, Judith, along with their two dogs, Bonnie and Kristie, in South Carolina - in the upstate at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. They have a daughter, grandson and granddaughter, who live in Belgium.
