A gift that was inherited by my mother who is also a poet and my father who was an amazing songwriter/vocalist. This book touches the core of many challenges that I have faced throughout my life. I hope that when you read this book it touches your heart. You will see that we all are faced with obstacles in life how we deal with them in the end is the ultimate challenge.

About the Author

I am an upcoming author who is determined to make a difference, by sharing my stories through my poetry. I was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. In my 39 years, I have seen the highs and lows that emotions can take you through. I believe that you go through, to get to where you need to be in life. God will allow you to go through, to teach you the power of perseverance. I would say that my faith has kept me intact to understand that life is what we make it. We can make it easy or hard for ourselves, the choice is ours. I have had a passion for writing poetry for over 20 years and I discovered my gift through life’s pain. Experience is the best teacher but if you can dodge the bullet, I would advise you to do so. I have no regrets on the wrong turns I’ve made in life, because with every error there’s room for correction.
