About the Book
The book is a collection of thoughts and poems about life and living. I have included some observations on how to live a loving, caring life. There is a short story about my generation. It is my hope that the reader will find this book as a thought inspirer and maybe a way of life changer.
About the Author
I have been writing poetry for over forty years and collecting my thoughts about life and living since the mid 1970's. Some of these poems are about love some about sadness some about joy and happiness. I am a Life Coach and many of my thoughts and poems come from "seeing" the struggles that my clients are going through.
