About the Author
Keith Bauguess Keith grew up in what was formally known as the “Moonshine Capital of the World,” North Carolina. Shortly after a move to New York in 1995, he studied at the New York Restaurant School and earned a degree in pastry arts. A former New York City banker and restaurant marketing director, the author decided to turn his skill of pastry arts into the art of drink styling for “Dirty Little Cocktails.” An avid cocktailer and always in search of the perfect happy hour, Keith created “Wednesday @ 7,” a social club for networking professionals. He and his life partner, Darren, currently live in New Jersey. Eldon Hernandez Eldon grew up in New York City, where he attended City College of New York and earned a degree in Communications, Film, and Video. Shortly after that, he attended American Bartending School where, upon completing the program, he became a licensed bartenter. Eldon is currently a web developer in Los Angeles where he entertains many guests using his bartending and hosting skills. He decided to partner with Keith and use his mixology techniques and creativity to bring you this book. Eldon loves to cook his native Dominican cuisine and entertain in his home with,of course, cocktails.
