About the Book

In her recent book Mornin’ Tiger, Nancy White uses monologue, dialogue, soliloquy, prose, poetry, family pictures, journal excerpts, pertinent Bible verses, humor, autobiography, and an open heart to tell her story. It’s a story of a devoted wife maturing spiritually, as she and her soul mate accept the challenges of everyday life, with courage, fortitude and most importantly, unconditional love. It becomes obvious that God orchestrated every event in their lives –temptations, trials, tribulations, sin, sickness, and suffering, and periodically worked everything out for their good, but always and ultimately for His glory. They were together in life, and in death. They will join hands and hearts when they meet together in glory. Mornin’ Tiger is must reading for hurting hearts, and searching souls - Rev. Donald Gilmore

About the Author

Nancy L. White is a graduate of Wilkes-Barre Business College, and a retired financial vice president, now working part time in an office near her home in Dallas, PA. It affords her the time to enjoy her passions for reading and writing. Mornin’ Tiger is compiled of journal entries and current reflections, as she struggles to accept the loss of her husband Tiger to colon cancer. It was written to support those mourning the loss of a loved one, and fifty percent of the profit from this book will go toward supporting colon cancer research. Nancy has an earlier book out called Tiger Pause,/i>, which was compiled as a promise and a tribute to her husband, who years earlier had walked away from alcoholism, and never looked back. Fifty percent of the profit from Tiger Pause goes to help service, and assist rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of alcoholics and their families. Also watch for her new venture into writing - children’s books. A series called The Pitter, Patter of Little Paws is in process with her grandson, Donovan White as the illustrator, and the first one should be out by early next spring.
