About the Author

Dr. Scott is a consultant to businesses and educational organizations. He has served as president of three colleges as well as a corporate CEO. For eighteen year he was a program chairman and senior lecturer for the American Management Associations conducting seminars throughout the United States, Canada and Central America. He has a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and post doctorate studies at the University of North Carolina College of Business and Harvard University. This new publication is the most recent of some twenty-two books and publications.
