THE GIRL WITH MANY FACES is specifically written to encourage children who may have some difficulties in making friends because they look different; but all children can benefit from this story. It can remind anyone that the world is full of many different people and that we are all different in our own special way. It also teaches children not to judge friends by the way they look! *********** This story is based on my first book, BREN-DEE: A Child Who Survived on Bookmarks, about the challenges I faced as a child with facial differences. This book tells about my experiences in school that made social interaction difficult and academic respect hard-won, and how I survived my most heartbreaking adversity. My Love & Prayers to ALL! About the Author

Brenda Scott-Coleman is a retired international trade specialist and a designer of CHANGE-A-LETS, a unique earring for ladies who cannot wear traditional earrings. She is also the author of BREN-DEE: A Child Who Survived on Bookmarks, a story about the challenges she faced as a child with facial differences and how she fought that adversity. Her latest book, The Girl with Many Faces, is written for children who have difficulty making friends. Her most important goal in life now is to reach out to children with differences, praying that her stories will be an inspiration to them. She also hopes that her stories will teach children that we are all different in our own special way.
