CC (Crusty Carter) can’t resist all the tasty treats around the house. He helps himself to the warm cookies on the stove, the banana pudding and even sneaks a few ice cream sandwiches while playing outside. He quickly realizes that filling himself up with all those sweets may not have been such a good idea, but is it too late? CC learns firsthand why eating healthy is so important and why choosing a little more wisely may be the way to go!

About the Author

Dr. Lisa S. Clark was born and raised in South Alabama. She attended Troy University and received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. After teaching Physical Education for two years, she entered Auburn University where she attained her Doctorate in Education. Lisa is currently teaching at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. She is married to her college sweetheart, Justin, and they have two children Carter and Carson Jay.
