About the Book

Marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, separation, a custody battle with the state, divorce, relationships, family dilemmas, and much more, all in a few years; hectic does not even come close to describing these years, but that is what the poetry is for. Join my mind in its chaotic journey through the last few years that have been anything but boring. Just remember, whereas most of my poetry is based on fact and experience, a select few are merely dreams; your fun is deciphering one from the other.

About the Author

Dominique is a strong and remarkable person and mother who has been through a lot in the last few years. Her determination and her love for her son, Nathanial, who is now four years old, keeps her going day to day. No matter what they face in their lives, her love for her son is the strongest constant in her life. While still in Mississippi, Dominique looks forward to the day she can resume her travels of the world, and show her son the treasures that her parents spent their lives showing her.
