About the Author

After his studies in architecture and engineering, James Burk (pseudonym) was commissioned in lower and higher levels of the federal government to be in charge of Environmental Protection and Noise Abatement. He chaired many commissions and research projects in regards to political and scientific applications. Being also involved privately in politics he gained inside information about the working of the political system. He is now retired and enjoys traveling all over the globe.
