Our everyday lives get in the way; I personally don’t want to go astray. But I know through every trial you make a way. You lead me to safety if I hold your hand, and if I apply your word I’ll be able to stand. Life has got me in a twist, a stir, a moment of madness. But the Lord can rescue me from years of sadness. Peace through the storm is what I yearn for; money is far from what I learn for. The storm is like a test and it tests even the best. Prayers make me feel relief as I stand strong against the persistent storm. Peace, tranquillity, contentment all plays a part in my spontaneous recovery. It took me a long time to understand this discovery. Through positive thinking, I can grasp the inevitable fact that I have a loving family around me who count as my protectors. God is the ultimate One who strengthens me to endure painful hardships through the storm.

It is true indeed that without God there is no love. So why do we continue to search endlessly for love in earthly things. We seem oblivious to the fact that God exists. I know he exists because he brought me through a turbulent story which I couldn't truly fathom. That story is about to be told through a series of descriptive poems. Brace yourselves.

Readers will be interested in my unique voice as an author because I am real and straight to the point with my words. I give the reader something to think about; and muse over. I often use subtle words to convey massive occurrences within my poems. Personification is a tool well used in my poetic arsenal to intice the reader and to get them thinking.
