About the Author

Lloyd Woodruff Jr was born in 1956, in the small town of Welch, West Virginia, near the city of Bluefield. At an early age, he and his family relocated to New York, where he continued his religious and public schooling. Raised in a Christian home, his Biblical learning was as important as regular school. However, after straying from his religious principles, while playing school sports, and involved with drugs; he experienced the darker side of life, which he was guided from by the Good Lord. By God’s mercy and grace, the author moved to victory, from a major injury. After graduating from Colgate University in 1979, with a B.A. in Philosophy & Religion, and Coaching Certification, Lloyd not only writes Christian Poetry, but also promotes safer football, on all levels. With his offensive system, modified over 30 years; he is a group trainer of the new, Triple-I Offense.
