About the Author
John Cook has worked in the Texas public school system for over a decade. Having served in the Army for a period of approximately 16 years, Mr. Cook knows the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. He has taught courses in student behavior, physical education/health and has coached athletics at both the youth and secondary levels. His experience of playing post-high school sports has offered him the expertise needed to assist in the implementation of physical education programs and curriculum to educational institutions, home school programs, and sports institutions. John Cook currently resides in the city of Seabrook, TX with his lovely wife Ashley Lewis-Cook, author and educator, and his children Tori Cook and Donald “Tre’” Broussard. This is his first publication.
