About the Book

Goodnight Baby Bear is a bedtime story for preschool children. This story promotes language, feelings, colors, nature, and knowledge of black bears in Canada. Goodnight Baby Bear is a story of a Mama and a Baby black bear and their journey through the seasons and life of a black bear in Canada.

About the Author

Doreen E. Wolff was raised in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada. As a young girl, black bears were a part of her world. She has spent twenty five years as an Early Childhood Educator working in programs with preschool children, and special education programs. Doreen has lived in a rural area where she has enjoyed wildlife and nature at its best. She loves sharing her knowledge and love of the animal kingdom with children. Caitlyn Tiedje is the 13 year old illustrator that painted the pictures for "Goodnight Baby Bear" She loves to paint and lives in Okotoks, Alberta , Canada.
