Pieces of a Relationship Sometimes you wish relationships came with a manual Would make putting them together more capable Sometimes you think the pieces are together Then you realize that it’s not right and could be better Putting this with that and those with these Only wondering why they don’t go together with ease Putting so much time and effort into this project Then to realize it wasn’t what you expect Always something left over at the end Look at the box, that’s not her, that’s not the perfect girlfriend Leaving you in pieces and having to start from scratch Hoping next time to be a better match

About the Book
This book is a compilation of poems that I wrote during some of the most emotional times in my life. There is a description of what I was going through when I wrote the poem and hopefull utilizing the poems you will be able to relate to my situations. I wanted people to feel what I felt and be where I was at that time.
About the Author
I am active duty Army and have been in for the last 10 years. I was born and raised in Indiana and since the military I have lived in Colorado, Hawaii, Florida, South Korea and currently in Virginia. I have been depoyed to Iraq twice. I have two sisters and one brother. I began writing poetry for extra credit in high school and it evolved into a way for me to express myself.
