About the Author
Heyoka is a Shape Shifter. From early childhood she knew that life was a mystery she had to understand. A strong inner drive made her question everything! Accepting and persevering painful experiences in her life, she 'recovered' from being beaten in school, a long lasting eating disorder, severe depression, difficult relationships and the required effort to parent and support her three children as a single mother. By continiously pulling herself up from the ditch of self-pity she learned a great deal about how the mechanics of this mysterious life works. It took 50 years of her life to understand that she was the sole creator of her world, and that every instant of her life depended on how she perceived it in that very instant. Going from being unconscious of her creations to conscious of her creations transformed both her and the world she lived in, because she finally awoke to the fact that they are one and the same.
