Béni-Kofi Amédékanya, a civil rights activist, poet, and playwright, is the author of Ma Patrie des Autres, La Foi-Canons-Plumes, and Morts-Vivants de Quifare. He is also the author of the OHOP series. He holds a BA from Western Michigan University and a MA from Ohio State University. He currently lives in Ohio.
