I asked him if he thought that he might be gay. He didn’t have a definitive answer to that question. All he could tell me was that the night before was the first time he ever had the desire to kiss anyone like that. He asked how it made me feel when he did it. I told him I didn’t understand what I felt. I was always brought up that guys didn’t do things like that and that it was wrong. But I had to admit that even though it shook me up a little there was a tiny part of me that didn’t mind what he did. Now I was facing the thoughts in my head as to whether that made me gay. Apparently we were headed for unchartered territory and the big question was what we were going to do about it. Were we going to put it out of mind and pretend like it didn’t happen? Were we going to discuss it further or were we just going to let it ride and see where things went?

About the Author
Rob French was originally raised in Massachusetts. He has since lived in Florida, Arkansas, and Wisconsin and now permanently resides in Glendale Arizona. While living in Arkansas he began to write a book. Five years were spent trying to perfect the book without avail. He always felt something was missing from the book. It took him another five years to realize that the missing piece of the puzzle was that the story did not carry a message. It was just a story. Once he began to rewrite the book to carry a message to the readers, his original book titled Back in the Day: A journey of teenage males to love, be loved and accepted for who they are, began to take form and was finally ready for publication. Since then he has turned the original book into a trilogy, Back in the Day 2: The College Years and finally Back in the Day 3: The Final Chapter. It was now time to branch out to a story with more current times and themes and that is how Ethan and Troy ‘Til you find your dream came about. The author is now underway with his 5th book currently untitled, which he feels will be his biggest achievement yet.
