About the Book

This story is about a humming bird that is injured and facing a certain death when he’s saved. And although he doesn’t know it, he helps his new friend the most by just being there for her. Always do what is right, even when it might be the hardest thing to do.

About the Author

Eva-Ann Hill is a Tsimshian First Nations; she belongs to the Gitga’at Nation. She lives in the very small community of Hartley Bay on the west coast of British Columbia. She is happily married with three beautiful children and one wonderful dog, named Baylor.
