Tongue-Tied

...a jolly innkeeper was driving his horse cart on his way back from the vineyard. He was returning to a nearby town where his inn was, his horse cart loaded with barrels of juice from the vineyard. From the path where he was driving, he heard a commotion. It was a very curious sound: the sound of a spider arguing with a frog. It was especially strange, in fact, on account that the frog's tongue was stuck and he couldn't argue very well. The innkeeper stopped and listened, and then got out of his cart to go investigate the matter. Near the path, he found the remarkable spider web and the frog with his tongue caught in it. He stood there for a while and beheld this very strange sight. Then he burst into a great, hearty laugh. "Har, har, har - How in the name of all that is holy did you two get into this predicament?"
