About the Book

Alexis has big dreams. The biggest dream of all is to be an inventor just like her father. Although Alexis is only 8 years old, her parents encourage her. With sketchbook in hand and her dog Shimmer at her side, Alexis is determined. She has idea after idea, but nothing seems quite right. Then one night Alexis goes to sleep and dreams of Big Will, the biggest horse she’s ever seen. That is when Alexis’ imagination comes to life.

Lisa Francine Arciero Author On 2 March, 1962 I was born and raised in Commack, N.Y., I am the third and last of three children. That same year my father Alfonza invented a Self-Timing Percolator coffee pot. As a young girl I would always stay by my father’s side sketching out my own invention ideas. Throughout my life I always follow the concept of not limiting myself to boundaries of the unknown. I had moved to Virginia Beach in the fall of 2004. It was here that Mareo Williams and I developed the finest convenient hot beverage cup, “Hot Beverage in a Snap” a hot beverage cup needing only hot water, and have the enjoyment of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, a convenient time saver cup. In the intern we are waiting on the patents of the three different designs to come through on the cup from the USPTO. My creativity went even further which inspired me to create and write a children’s book, an inventor’s series. With the help of Sheila Taylor, Little Book Big Dreams came to life. I want to spend the remaining years of my life writing and helping children use their creative minds, and for them to continue in believing in their dream. As well as creating inventions that will help make people’s lives easier, by saving time and making life more convenient. Enjoy and Create. Marcellus Williams Author Marcellus Williams is a Financial Analyst, Realtor, Product Developer and Entrepreneur. He has given much of his time to helping people develop patents. His first patent was the Pohol Fishing Rod Holder with his friend Miquel. The product was featured on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and was also featured in the book, Gadget Nation. He has also worked with other product development, such as the knob ring (Robert), cosmetology case (Douglas), hot beverage in a cup (Lisa), germ band (Roy) and special ink pen (Mel Gray-NFL). His current crusade is to write and dedicate books to those people who have inventions so that their dreams can come true because “Dreams are magical when you believe.” Marcellus lives in Hampton, Virginia and has two beautiful children, Ashleigh and Marcellus Williams. Sheila Taylor Editor Sheila Taylor has always had a passion for reading and writing. She has been writing poetry and short stories for as long as she can remember. She knows that writing is her “purpose”. Sheila lives in Hampton, Virginia and has three children, Shene’, Geo and Jahmante and one grandchild, Ihsan.
