The Adventure of Stick

Stick sat and called the animals.`` Hi up there. My name is Stick. Could I ask you a big favor?'' One of the animal looked down and said`` What do you want? If you're looking for food, you better look somewhere else.'' Stick said`` But I'm lost, I have no home and I can't find my mother. I'm very hungry and cold. Could you help me out?'' One of the animal came down. He looked at Stick and he could see he was just a young mouse.`` My name is Pots and I'm a squirrel. So stop calling me animal. Up there is my brother Nook. Where do you come from?'' Stick told him he came from the house that burned the other night. Pots ran back up to his nest and told his brother about Stick's bad luck. Nook asked Stick if he could run up the tree. Stick took his time and claimed all the way up to Pots and Nook's nest.
