About the Book
A Mother’s Vanity
You are the sun
That warms my spirit,
You are the air I breathe.
You are my rainbows
In the universe,
I signify
Your foundation.
My blood
In your veins,
I cherish you with love.
When heartache
Strikes you
I feel your sorrow,
When you sparkle
I feel your glitter.
You are my daughter,
A mother’s vanity,
Through you
I live again.
