What was that? Biscuit spun around, but all he saw was the leaves whirling madly around him. Slowly he began creeping from tree to tree, peeking out cautiously from behind each one. Then he saw it. It was a blur, a flash and it was headed straight for him. Biscuit froze.

Whiskers the black cat thinks it is just another peaceful day. As he stretches, soaks in the sunshine, and gets ready to take a nap, he is suddenly interrupted by a Swoosh on the loose!
As the Swoosh zips around the neighborhood and turns everything topsy-turvy, Whiskers tries to find a quiet place to take his nap, while Biscuit, his timid gray tabby friend, looks for a place to hide. It is not long before word spreads about the Swoosh, sending Nibbles, a giant Siamese, and Booboo, a little dog, on a mission to try to catch it. But with a storm brewing, time is running out. Will anyone be able to stop the Swoosh before it rains?
