About the Author

My name is Evelyn Young. Most people know me as Deanie, a nickname given to me as a child. I live in Batesville, Arkansas with my husband of 18 years. We have two children and two grandkids, and another one on the way.

I enjoy hiking, camping, and working at my church. I am very thankful that God has given me a great family to stand behind me; good friends who have been there for me; and a church family who have prayed for me.
