About the Book

We all have events that occur in our lives that knock us to our knees. Divorce, job loss, foreclosure, and death of loved ones to name a few. These events are designed to destroy us. How we handle these events can either make us or break us. The author tells about an onslaught of unfortunate events in her life over a 9 year period; and how God helped her handle them. What the author learned serves as an encouragement for others facing bad life situations.

About the Author

Veronica Marzette Johnson, a native of Bronx, NY; has been a born-again Christian for 10 years. She loves to pray for and encourage other people. She is a single parent and an overcomer of many obstacles. Veronica is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is retired from the U. S. Postal Service. She is currently a member of Integrity Bible Church; where she serves as the Captain of the Food and Clothing Pantry; a teacher in Children’s Church; and a worker in the Finance Department and Outreach Department. Veronica also serves as Chaplain for God’s End Time Evangelistic Ministries (GETEM) Worldwide where she facilitates the weekly Hour of Healing Power Prayer Teleconference. Veronica currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with her two daughters, Antoinette and Mia. She is currently forming a non-profit organization called Feeding His Sheep Resource Center.
