About the Book

Little Miss Ava is an ambitious little girl whose passion for dancing is just about as big as her heart. All she wants for her birthday is a pair of ballet slippers, but she is about to discover that ballet isn’t as easy as she thought it would be. Ava is an inspiration to little girls the world over and melts the hearts of her readers by showing us all that generosity, kindness and ambition can often come in the smallest of packages. About the Author

Tiffany was born and raised in Liberal, Kansas. Surrounded by a loving community, open fields and big blue sky, her imagination and passion for reading and writing flourished. She carried this love of written expression with her into adulthood and shared it with her daughter, Ava, who is a free-spirited little girl driven by curiosity and confidence. Through Ava, Tiffany was inspired to finally pursue her lifelong passion as a writer. Just as Little Miss Ava approaches ballet with enthusiasm and tenacity, Tiffany begins her career as an author with her first book. Ava’s innocent and thought-provoking approach to all that crosses her path continues to inspire Tiffany the same way Little Miss Ava is intended to inspire little girls of all ages to always go after what they want with vigor, and to do so with an open mind and an open heart--a tenet Tiffany tries to live by as an adult and as a mother. Tiffany currently lives in Kansas City with her husband, son, and Little Miss Ava.
