About the Author Mrs. Delores C. McClay resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband, Rev. Gregory McClay & Family. This book was inspired by my husband whom every morning his rooster woke him up. About the Illustrator Mykara Taylor is 12 years old and she resides in Clinton, Louisiana with her mother and older brother and has two older sisters. She is an honor student and loves to read, listen to music, sing, cheer, dance, and run track. She dedicates all of her art work to her father, who passed away in May, 2012 from cancer.
