I wrote this book because so many people have told me they don't celebrate Halloween. The reason they do not celebrate Halloween is because they believe it is the day the devil has the most power. I asked them, “Why do you give him the power?” The devil will accommodate anything you say. As believers in Jesus Christ, we are equipped with the same power that Jesus has. We can bring the right perspective in anything. We need to let our light shine each and every day, not just on Sunday.

William Churchwell grew up in a large family of nine children in Hugo, Oklahoma, and he currently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. William and his wife, Danielle, have four children of their own and four grandchildren, with plenty more to come. William is a children’s barber; that is his true ministry.
