About the Author

Dr. William Harrison “Bill” Phares is an ordained minister and is the founder and international director of Stir the Fire Ministry in Helena, Alabama. He is an evangelist and author used by God to minister to “hurting” pastors and to bring renewal to thirsty congregations. He is also committed to missions and helping to equip national pastors in other nations. Dr. Phares has pastored churches for twenty-eight years and served as an evangelist for twelve years.

He has a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary.
