About the Book
The book is about a bull that became friendly to the boy and the people. They took care of him, but they had to sell the bull as the mother is very sick, and they had to take her to the hospital. The father sold the bull at a high price. The bull was sold to a farmer, and he used the bull for entertainment. But they had a problem because the bull obeys Mario every time he whistles.
About the Author
Paulo Ronez is the son of Hungarian immigrants and was born near Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1927. As the story goes, he was almost born on the ship from Hungary to South America. He grew up in the region but always dreamed of going to the United States. That dream came true in 1964, when he immigrated with his wife and two children to America. He worked as a tool and die maker in various capacities and finally settled in Detroit, working for the Ford Motor company. He retired in the 1980s and is currently living just north of Tampa, Florida, enjoying his retirement.
