The new synthesizes was ready for transport as a convoy of Humvees made their way into the city to deliver the new serum. As they approached the convoy received heavy attack from the giant size birds, several packs of genetically altered dogs the size of bears attacked the convoy from the sides causing heavy damage to several vehicles. Rounds of 50 caliber bullets sprayed the creatures as they relentlessly attacked; two Humvees overturned ejecting several occupants. The surviving men dragged their mangled bodies from the overturned Humvees, while others got into formation and began to spray the attacking birds with the salvaged serum. The flying creatures swooped down to attack, the soldiers open fire, spraying the gas serum at the incoming when suddenly the creatures crashed into nearby trees and began to convulse, wailing out in pain as their bodies contort to the effects of the serum, returning to common farm crows and The soldiers turned their attention to the giant size bear like dogs, as they advanced, spraying the creatures with the serum soon took effect as the soldiers cheered on in victory. The battered Humvees passengered the injured and surviving soldiers as they made their way through the front lines of the city center. The area was darkened by artillery smoke and burning buildings left in ruins from previous attacks.

In the turn of the century, what appeared to be a meteor crashed on Mar’s surface? Pieces of the mysterious rock slingshot across space and were hurled to earth. The pieces scattered on the surface set off an array of events which lead to the sterilization of all reproductive systems. Scientists using compounds from the alien meteor found a cure to the sterilization epidemic but triggered events which ultimately threatened the extinction of life on the earth. It’s a race against time to save the human civilization from annihilation.
About the Author
Moving to California from New England, Connecticut. Gaston D. Cox graduated from Irvine University College of Law and worked in the legal field for over ten years. After the economic collapse in the United States, he received an invitation to China where he lectures on Business Communication and conduct business practice seminars. He has traveled to various countries getting first-hand exposure to foreign traditions and cultures.
