Jasmine Welch lives and works in Washington, DC. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Public Administration, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership. As an author, Jasmine loves writing and is happy to be writing volume books for children. She is the mother of two loving children.
