About the Book

Lucy Lu, a small Chihuahua puppy, leaves the only home she has known since birth. She left her mother behind, not knowing if she would ever see her again. Scared and lonely, Lucy Lu learns to love her new home. She adapts quickly to her new surroundings. Lucy Lu meets her new best friend, Maggie Mae. She teaches and shows Lucy Lu things, she needs to know about while growing up. Things Lucy Lu will always take with her on the journey of life.

About the Author

My name is Kathy Roberts Poole. I was born and raised in a small rural town in northeast Georgia called Carnesville. I still live there today with my little furry girlfriend Lucy Lu. This is my first book, which I really enjoyed writing. I have a daughter and two grandsons. Granny K is the name my grandsons call me. My other interests are crocheting, fishing and reading. I plan in the near future to write another book: LUCY LU Visits Rowdy SMOKEY On The Farm.
