About the Book
Gianna Starts Gymnastic Classes is the start of a series of books based on a little girl named Gianna and her journey in the sport of gymnastics. Gianna starts gymnastic classes, is asked to be on the training team, the competitive team, and eventually competes in the sport of gymnastics.
About the Author
Rosie Brady has been involved in the sport of gymnastics for the past fifty-one years. She was a high school gymnast, collegiate gymnast, and an elite/nationally-rated USGF, USAG, NCAA, USAIGC, and NJSIAA gymnastic judge. She was also owner of the Somers Point and Vineland Gymnastic Center and head coach of the Flippers Gymnastic Team. Rose is a graduate of Trenton State College with a BS in health and physical education and taught health and PE at Absegami High School for twenty-five years and recently retired. Currently, she is employed at Atlantic Coast Gymnastics, where she is again coaching gymnastics. Other notable qualifications include the following: volunteer judge at National Special Olympics, the American Cup, NAWGJ National Judges Cup, and Olympic Trials.
