Dr. Denise Victoria McAllister, affectionately called Mama Denise, is an inspirational speaker and entrepreneur. Dr. McAllister (Mama Denise) is the founder and CEO of Mama Denise® Cakes and Pies in a Jar Dr. McAllister is also the Founder of Creative Women United, Inc., a nonprofit organization formed to support women’s educational, economic, health, and nutritional needs.
