About the Book

This book tries to show events, emotions, and sometimes problems that young children experience. The two toy bears’ function is to serve the happenings. The stories try to interpret through a step away (e.g., fear of being abandoned, consequences, curiosity, family, fun) and a friendship between two characters who have different traits and appearance (e.g., bold and timid, tall and short and kind, plump and thin). The stories try to encourage the reader to initiate ideas and questions from the child and encourage good communication and good feeling.

About the Author

Born and brought up in England - lived in U.S. for many years. I am a former teacher of all ages from, Head Start through Elementary & Senior Grades and finally, ESL to adults. My three offspring are now grown. Writing has been very interesting for me from an on-going journal to a try at poetry and now trying to engage with young children so they will enjoy reading and thinking for themselves, and sharing ideas.
