Down on the Farm

About the Book

This is a story about four shire horses who live down on the farm: King, Prince, Champion, and Dobbin. They live there with Farmer Green and his wife. The Greens love their horses tremendously, despite a tractor salesman who tries to sell them a noisy new tractor.

About the Author

This book was written due to me not being able to read out aloud a full story, paragraph by paragraph in any order, I would miss out sentences unknowingly. I used to make up stories as I thought of them, no two stories was ever the same. But it was much easier for me. I have Dyslexia that was not found until I entered Engineering after leaving school, numbers and letters appear mixed. I worked hard and succeeded in this field but still struggle to read aloud. This book is for all my family and friends’ children that I have not been able to read a bed time story to.
