About the Author

A Texas based Canadian from Australia, Geoff Ryan is a Project Management Professional who started to explore the business of construction productivity as a Pipefitter in 1992. Now 3 years later, with more than 70 mega projects of experience and 12, 000 copies of his books sold across the world, (in four languages), Ryan is helping the industry make the leap from Workforce Planning to Advanced Work Packaging and even more construction productivity.
