About the Author

Michael is an experienced retailer who has managed substantial businesses as Managing Director, General Manager, Franchisor and Franchisee levels. An excellent track record in marketing and management both as a franchising strategist and retail business developer. An experienced hands-on business mentor as a retail “turn-a-round” strategist of renown. He has won National and International awards for marketing and sales achievements. Michael has the IIB Accreditation and expertise to assist CEO business owners. He became a member of The South African Institute of Business Advisors in 2008. He has done lecture tours for the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) on business strategy and other topics. He launched “Futurekids”, a national training company and “Admark Personnel Selection”, a public national recruitment company, both while holding the position of Managing Director. He has, in addition, successfully started several of his own small businesses and sold them. He has also been bankrupt and suffered the consequences. He has also been an activist in the financial banking sector. Author of entrepreneurial coaching, motivational and various training courses since 1990, he mentors medium-sized business owners to take them to the next level and does all their content writing. He researches the latest health and treatments, and ghost-copy writes: e-books, blogs, nurturing email journeys and website content. He also writes and sells for himself online. His passion, for most of his life, has been for researching and writing. He is now writing full time from his home in Midrand, South Africa.
